Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't completely happy with your product, contact us and we'll work together to make it right. Due to the nature of our business, we aren't able to offer refunds on ammunition, firearms or reloading supplies. Each item leaving our warehouse will be inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives to your home in one piece. Should your item be damaged in transit, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery.
All firearm, ammunition, and reloading supplies are final sale. If a firearm is defective contact the manufacturer or an authorized service centre for warranty repair.
All un-opened items(where applicable) can be returned within 7 days and we will issue you a full refund except for shipping charges incurred and 3% Processing Fee. You will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Any open products that do not qualify as firearm, ammunition, or reloading supplies can be returned back within 7 days of purchase but 15% re-stocking fees will apply and you will need to pay for return shipping. There will be 3% Processing Fee that cannot be returned in this case as well.
Shipping:
We offer $25 flat shipping for Non-Hazardous Shipments(Canada Post) and $35 flat shipping for Hazardous Shipments(UPS).
Some exclusions apply to remote areas, large items, and heavy items.
As per the Alberta CFO we can only ship Firearms and Ammunition to the address attached to your PAL.
Due to the nature of our products we only ship to the billing address provided unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping.
